2 lbs super-lean hamburger
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups bread crumbs
1 tablespoon onion flakes
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Salt
3 cans (8 oz cans) tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Mix together hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, onion flakes, garlic powder and salt. Roll into 2" balls. Brown in frying pan. Put in crockpot with tomato suace. Twenty minutes before serving add mozzarella.
