Even though this is a spicy side dish, my kids love it! Yes, even Daphne!

1 lb. linguine, boiled
20 or so baby carrots, shredded
1 bundle spring or green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. hot chili oil
1 tsp kosher salt (I use a Tbsp.)
Boil linguine. Mix all ingredients together and serve cold.
